tutorial problem vs assignment problem:

tutorial is kind of activity which are extension to the lecture hours. because in lecture hours topics are briefed. in tutorial hours tutor will be there to help you.

assignment is the kind of activity that students have to do on their own.

usually assignments are at the higher levels in blooms taxonomy compared to tutorials.
